This luxury property gives you the choice of enjoying the bright rooms from a stunning quiet living area with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and fireplace without having to climb stairs. Though the Palace dates to the 14th century, the apartment has decidedly 21st-century amenities such as central heating, air conditioning and laundry facilities.
The Apartment has five bedrooms with king beds and new comfortable mattreesses, including an underground family room composed of two attached bedrooms with king size bed each and 1 ensuite bathroom. Another master bedroom is located on the loft above the living room and comes with its own walk in wardrobe and heavy curtains for privacy. This bedroom shares one of the ensuite bathrooms downstairs. Two more bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms are located just behind the living area.
If your idea of seeing Tuscany is visiting Lucca and many towns and sites closeby, PALAZZO POGGI is your destination. The apartment is a 5 to 7 minute walk from the train station of Lucca and train is the best way to get to Pisa (20 mins away), Viareggio, the Beaches, Pistoia and Montecatini Terme (between 20 mins and 30 mins away), Florence (1 hour away), Cinque Terre (1 hour away). A safe car parking is also a 6 mins walk away so having a car while in Lucca it won’t be a bother and reaching Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Volterra and many other will complete your visit to magnificent Tuscany. Must-sees of Lucca such as the Anfiteatro, Via Fillungo, Piazza San Martino and the Cathedral, Piazza San Michele and its Church, The Lucca Museum of Contemporary Art, Piazza San Frediano, Piazza Napoleone and the Theatre and the best groceries and foods shops not mention an array of tempting shops, lively bars and honeymoon-worthy restaurants are located within a 5 mins walk away from the apartment.

Things to know: The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.

The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.
