CASA REGULA ist eine atemberaubende, schöne helle Wohnung im Herzen von Lucca innerhalb der Mauern. Jedes Fenster ist ein Bild. Herrliche Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer!
Die Wohnung liegt im ERDGESCHOSS (keine Stufen) eines antiken Gebäudes aus dem 13. Jahrhundert. Wichtig zu wissen, dass die Wohnung vor kurzem komplett restauriert wurde und noch wichtiger zu wissen ist, dass der Besitzer ein Architekt, Innenarchitekt ist. Dies macht das Ergebnis zu einem perfekten Ort zum Verweilen, der den Gästen ein einzigartiges Gefühl von Luxus und komfortablem Wohnen bietet .
Die Wohnung ist mit allem modernen Komfort ausgestattet: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, WLAN, Fußbodenheizung, Klimaanlage in 2 der Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Garten, große Ventilatoren in jedem Zimmer, komplette gehobene Haushaltsgeräte in der Küche.

Über das LAY-OUT
Das Apartment besteht aus einem Eingang, einem großen und hellen Tagesbereich mit Sofa und Sitzgelegenheiten mit Blick auf den Garten durch die großen Glasfenster, einem Esszimmer mit Blick auf den Garten und einem Esstisch für 8 Personen sowie einer voll ausgestatteten modernen Küche mit einem weiteren Esstisch für 4 und einen Kamin. Es gibt 3 Doppelzimmer und zwei luxuriöse Badezimmer mit großen begehbaren Duschen. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben große französische Glasfenster mit Blick auf den Garten, während ein anderes eine französische Tür hat, die auf die Terrasse führt.
Der Garten ist sehr privat und abgeschieden, ebenso wie die Innenräume des Hauses: Trotz der großen Fenster gibt es kein anderes Gebäude, das Fenster mit Blick in die Wohnung hat. Darüber hinaus haben alle Fenster der Wohnung (einschließlich der großen Glasfenster mit Blick auf den Garten) einen elektrischen schwarzen Farbton, der für Dunkelheit und Privatsphäre sorgt, sodass die anderen Mitglieder der Gruppe nicht in die Räume sehen können, wenn sie sie betreten genießen den Garten.

ÜBER DEN STANDORT
Perfekte Lage in der Fußgängerzone des historischen Zentrums von Lucca zwischen den beiden wichtigsten Kirchen: San Giovanni (wo Sie jeden Abend ein Konzert genießen können) und San Romano. Der Hauptplatz Piazza Napoleone ist gleich um die Ecke, ebenso wie der nächste Parkplatz (weniger als 1 Gehminute von der Wohnung entfernt). Bahnhof und Busbahnhof sind weniger als 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Restaurants und Lebensmittel sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Der Zugang zur Promenade auf der Spitze der Stadtmauer ist gleich um die Ecke. Ich konnte keine besser gelegene Wohnung finden.

We had never visited Lucca before but it was a charming town with beautiful areas for walking, shopping and sightseeing. The coffee shops, bars and restaurants were also excellent and all close by. The agent, Sonia, met us to give us all the info on the apartment and several suggestions for shops and restaurants. We also arranged to have Chef Cristina meet us with a delicious ‘Welcome Dinner’ upon our arrival. Perfect after a long day of travel! I would highly recommend this property and hope to return one day soon!

While my review is long overdue, it is wonderful to recall the lovely time I spent in this amazing apartment in Lucca. Designed by an Architect and a talented Designer, you can feel the love behind the vision that is evident in all of the special touches that the owner has added to the space to make it feel high-end and luxurious, yet homey. The outdoor spaces (2 of them!) are just amazing - unbelievable to find in a city such as Lucca (or anywhere!). For me, the gourmet kitchen was a home chef's delight complete with a wonderful espresso maker. The bathrooms are elegant and spacious. The sound system is super high tech with a fantastic collection of CDs - even the music volume in the bathrooms can be individually adjusted to your taste. I liked the location - it's near long-term parking and a short walk to the restaurants. I have stayed in many apartments in Europe and the amenities offered exceed any I have visited. I give it my highest recommendation. My very best to the owner, Regula, who is an elegant, charming, warm and lovely person. I felt it truly a privilege to have had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home and sincerely hope that I have the pleasure to visit again. I visited with the intent to return with a group of friends and learned that the owner also has a larger villa that she rents as well. You can email her about the details if interested.

The kitchen is very well stocked and we especially enjoyed the coffee in the mornings! The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms quiet. There are two comfortable and usable outdoor spaces with plenty of seating for a large group. The washing machine and dryer were a must for us with children, and the sound system was a treat to listen to Puccini in the evenings (as well as ABBA for our kids). The location is wonderful in Lucca, an easy walk to many things. We had no trouble with parking and made several day trips to Pisa, Siena, Porto Venere, and Florence. It was my parents first trip to Italy and they were just in awe of the apartment and the setting. We have stayed in many holiday homes in Europe, and this was the best! Regula is kind, hospitable, and very accomodating. I cannot recommend this apartment enough!

Owner provides a comprehensive book of information on the villa and Lucca. Her recommendations were perfect.... we used the massage therapist who came to the villa, we used Christine the chef to come in and cook for us, we went to Giuseppe's cooking class TWICE, and visited several of the restaurants recommended. The owner and manager dealt with any questionsissues immediately. We stayed two weeks and would have loved to stay longer. There is just not a single complaint about this property.

They took time to ensure that we understood every piece equipment,knew where the best deli's were,the restaurants of the day,sights to see,things to do etc. We were a party of four friends who have travelled to Italy on a regular basis,this was my third visit this year,for over the last 15 years,some of us even longer. We were all agreed this was probably one of our most memorable trips made all that more special by the welcome we received,the delights of Lucca and the comfort of knowing we had at our backs the comforts of Cada Regula. We will return,soon,very soon!

Stunning apartment with everything you will need for a perfect stay. The owner was so friendly and helpful. It is her family home and she makes you feel like you are an invited guest. The location could not be better since you can bring a car very clmehr anzeigen
Stunning apartment with everything you will need for a perfect stay. The owner was so friendly and helpful. It is her family home and she makes you feel like you are an invited guest. The location could not be better since you can bring a car very close by and park if necessary without breaching the restricted traffic zones. Free parking is only a 20 min walk away outside the walls and a large supermarket is near the free car park. Highly recommended.
