Located in the heart of the historic centre of Bardolino, a renowned town in the south-east area of Lake Garda, the apartment Il Borgo 48 is situated in a lively location with shops, mini-markets, restaurants, and cafés. The lakeside promenade and the port from where ferries depart for beautiful lake excursions are only 400 metres away.

The apartment is spread across multiple floors, starting with the ground floor entrance featuring a convenient wardrobe and leading to the stairs that take you to the living room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning, a table for 6 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and pantry. A wooden staircase leads to the first bedroom (no a/c) with a spacious wardrobe and an adjacent windowed bathroom complete with a shower box. Going further up, you'll find a second bedroom with two sofa beds, a mansard wardrobe, and air conditioning. Next to this space is the second bathroom with a bathtub and a very convenient washing machine. Going down a few steps, you reach the master suite with parquet flooring, satellite TV, wardrobe (no a/c), and a view of Bardolino's municipal park. Il Borgo 48 is a typical ground-to-sky apartment with the classic characteristics of historic centre houses. Each room is positioned on a different floor, so from the upper floors, it is necessary to pass through the bedrooms to reach the living room. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets for guests' maximum comfort.

A very convenient parking space in the garage is available, just 40 metres away. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

We recommend the Il Borgo 48 apartment to young people or dynamic families who want to have all comforts and services at hand without the need for a car. Due to the many stairs, we do not recommend the apartment to families with small children or guests with mobility difficulties or those seeking maximum privacy.

The final price is composed of:

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
