A convenient ground floor bathroom with shower box and washing machine. At the back, there is a second terrace with a relaxation sofa and barbecue area. In the basement, there is a spacious double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe, and an adjacent bathroom with shower box. A convenient parking space in a private garage (height 1.95m - width 2.30m - length 4.80m) with direct access to the apartment is available for guests. Pets allowed upon request.
