Only 200 metres away there are excellent restaurants, cocktail and wine bars, a tea room and a pharmacy. The beach is approximately 700 metres away and can be reached on foot downhill. Just 1.5kw away there are the well known amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld. Shortly after the residence, a private building is currently under renovation, so noise may be heard during the day and the free parking available must be reached along the main road (approx. 300 metres).
