Central two bedroom flat of about 70 square metres located on the mezzanine floor in a green residential complex, situated on the doorstep of Lazise's old town centre at only 200 metres from the lake promenade and the beach. From the balcony, equipped with table and chairs, you can enjoy a relaxing view over the swimming pool and the large surrounding garden.
The partially renovated flat consists of a bright living area with kitchenette with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A country chic style wooden table suitable for up to 6 persons. A comfortable double sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children) and an armchair complete the living room. Air conditioning and wifi available for guests. Double bedroom with wardrobe, small bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe. Windowed bathroom with shower box and convenient washing machine. One covered parking space within the complex available, restricted access space (width 235 cm, height 200 cm, depth 600 cm). Cellar available to park bicycles safely, 2 sun loungers and 2 deck chairs available for guests to use at the pool (swimming cap required - guaranteed opening period 15/06-15/09 - open only with lifeguard on duty, hours: 11.00/13.00 and 15.30/19.30). Pets not allowed, non-smoking flat.
The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property

Die gesamte Einrichtung war perfekt, ordentlich und sauber. Es gab nichts auszusetzen außer die Parkplatzzufahrt, Besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend waren die Empfangsmitarbeiterinnen von Regarda Travel.

vielen Dank fuer Ihre Bewertung. Leider Pooloeffnungsdatum ist von Wohnanlagerverwalter entscheidet. Ich verstehe dass es am Mittel Mai optimal waere.
Wegen Sat Tv werden wir im Winter versuchen die Antenne zu installieren und see more
