Steps away from the renowned Via Fillungo and from the beautiful Piazza Santa Maria, where you’ll be happy to try a new smart café just open in the adjacent square, the apartment is an ideal base for wandering through the town’s narrow streets lined with shops, restaurants and bars, only broken by a hidden courtyard or by small gardens precious like gems.
For those looking to explore a bit of Tuscany, legendary towns such as Pisa, Florence, Siena or Cinque Terre can be reached within easy drive for day trips into history and old charm.
The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.
The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.
We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.

This is a fantastic flat. Beautiful decors, the location is perfect and so much to discover in Lucca for a small city. The train station also makes it easy to get to Florence, PisaViareggio. The flat was exactly as it is in the pictures and spotlesslsee more

The apartment was a great place for 2 people. It is in a corner of Lucca but the quiet location was worth the extra 5 minutes walk. It is on the top floor with a narrow staircase. You enter into a large living room with a dining area, a couch and a ssee more

You enter into a large living room with a dining area, a couch and a small kitchen with a dishwasher. It has 1 bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and air-conditioning. A large bathroom and a separate laundry with a washer. Cristina was great, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and a wonderful host. We would certainly come back to this apartment in the future.
