Interior Description

The Bellosguardo 4 apartment is a cozy three-room apartment located on the ground floor, with a covered veranda of about 10sqm and a 40sqm garden with green lawn and sea view. Here you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze all day long, as the sea is less than 80 meters away. The veranda hosts a comfortable lounge with sofa and armchairs. The apartment, well-furnished and detailed, offers comfortable spaces for four guests: the living room is equipped with a dining table and relaxation area with TV and sofa, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and stove. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a double bedroom with wardrobe and a twin bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine. A reserved parking space is available for guests.

Bellosguardo is the ideal solution for those who want to explore the beauties of the area conveniently. Within a radius of 2 kilometers, you will find all the shops necessary for daily needs. Our guests greatly appreciate the proximity to the sea. The nearest N4 bus stop is about 500 meters away. The property is located in the Bellosguardo residential complex, consisting of small terraced houses and situated about 80 meters from the cliff. The beaches of Lo Squalo, Il Pellicano, and Pittulongu beach are well-equipped with bathing and dining services. Within a two-minute drive or walking distance, you will find neighborhood services such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The area hosts numerous beach kiosks where you can relax in the evening, sipping a glass of wine or a cocktail, enjoying typical appetizers.

The properties offered are rented for tourism purposes by their respective owners through the mediation of Klodge, in accordance with Law 431/98 and Article 21-bis of Regional Law 16/17 of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.

Booking Details
The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals.

If specified, electricity (and sometimes water) costs will be calculated based on actual consumption and must be paid at the end of your stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses.

Tourist Tax – Payable only cash upon arrival.

Arrival Details
After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival.

Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags. At the end of your stay, kindly dispose of any remaining waste properly.

Check-in Hours
Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (therefore not at 16:00 sharp), depending on accommodation availability, cleaning schedules, and pre-booked check-in appointments.
Late arrivals (upon request):
* 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM → €40 surcharge
* 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM → €60 surcharge
* After 1:00 AM → Subject to prior agreement
