INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The entrance of Myrsine 9D leads to a cozy living area with a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, fridge/freezer, oven, and air conditioning. A spiral staircase takes you to the semi-basement level with windows. The covered veranda with a garden, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for outdoor dining and enjoyable evenings. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with wardrobes and private bathrooms: on the ground floor, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower) and air conditioning; on the lower level (semi-basement with French doors/windows facing a lightwell), a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. A reserved parking space is available at the foot of the building.
