I Lecci 3 is laid out on one floor: the entrance (via a flight of stairs) leads to the living room and a kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, oven; the living area has a sitting area with a table, usable as a workstation for a PC; access to the covered veranda with dining table, sea view over the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and the surrounding vegetation; the sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Near the entrance, there is an uncovered parking space.

I Lecci 3 is located within the well-maintained residential complex called "I Lecci", nestled in the Mediterranean scrub with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs in the area: centuries-old junipers, olive trees, rock roses, myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and consists of only 2 residential buildings in a quiet and secluded context. The beautiful Ira beach is about 3 km away. A few km away is the popular restaurant with pool "Stella di Gallura", a popular destination in the summer period.

About 3.5 km, roughly a five-minute drive, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants, and known for its nightlife; here you can stroll along the characteristic marina where yachts of all sizes are moored. Numerous restaurants are all nearby and within short distance: Lu Stazzu (1200 mt), I Valentini (1500 mt), Locanda Rudalza (1400 mt). The nearest bus stop is only 280 meters from the house. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is reachable at a distance of 16 km.

The large living room with dining table overlooks the separate kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The living area has a sitting area with a flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. For different sleeping arrangements, two sofa beds are available in the living room. Near the entrance, there is a courtyard with uncovered parking spaces.

Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Essential services for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialized external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. If specified, electricity (and sometimes water) costs will be calculated based on actual consumption and must be paid at the end of your stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. Tourist Tax – Payable only cash upon arrival. Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags. At the end of your stay, kindly dispose of any remaining waste properly.
