Casa 93 is the ideal place for nature and tranquility lovers, featuring well-organized spaces all on one level. A splendid panoramic view enchants its guests, embracing the gulf in front and a large green area. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with a TV corner and a sofa bed for 2 guests, and a window with a sea view. The kitchen corner is well-equipped: stove, fridge/freezer, oven, and pull-out worktop. From the living room, you can access the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a numbered covered parking space. Access to the pool and tennis court is reserved for guests of the La Caletta complex.

LOCATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES

Casa 93 is located within the well-maintained residential complex "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo," nestled in 100,000 sqm of Mediterranean vegetation with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs of the area: centuries-old junipers, olive trees, rockroses, and myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, opposite Portisco, and consists of several small bodies spaced out to create a quiet and secluded environment. Guests have access to a communal pool and tennis court. The entire area slopes towards the sea, accessed via a sufficiently long and shallow beach, 450 meters away and reachable on foot through an internal road within the complex. Ira Beach is less than two kilometers away. The residence has parking spaces covered by Sardinian reeds (one per accommodation) and guest parking. Just before the entrance is the popular restaurant with a pool “Stella di Gallura,” a frequented destination in the summer. Less than two kilometers away, about five minutes by car, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants, and famous nightlife; here, you can stroll along the characteristic harbor where yachts of all sizes are moored.

The residence offers a seasonal shared pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09), located about 200 meters away, and a shared tennis court. The apartment is accessed via a short pedestrian path. A private covered parking space is included.

Payments and Security Deposit

• If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) will be charged based on actual consumption at the end of your stay.
• A security deposit will be required upon arrival, held on the guest’s credit card (must be physically present and in the guest’s name).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay (release times may vary depending on your bank).
• In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain part of the deposit to cover the costs.

Booking Details

• Being private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term tourist rentals.

Online Check-in and Contract

• Online check-in is required after booking (ID and selfie upload for each guest).
• Your data will be handled in accordance with the GDPR regulation.
• A tourist rental contract must be signed. The contract is in Italian; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.

Key Collection

Keys and documents will be handled at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Collection

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate waste bags and dispose of trash correctly before departure.

• After 1:00 AM → only with prior authorization
