Tourist accommodation IT027042B4D3DEH6W7This apartment is located in the 'Centrale Mazzoni' condominium, a notable architectural work of the recovery of the former thermal power plant built by the architect-engineer of the Ministry of Communications of the Fascist regime between 1933 and 1937.It is a large 80 sqm apartment with a large panoramic terrace on the fourth floor with a lift.It consists of a living area, a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.The apartment has heating and air conditioning, wifi, a sofa bed, a LED TV, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.Centrale Mazzoni is a 5-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia station, 7 minutes from Piazzale Roma and the nearest vaporetto stop is Ferrovia, from where you can reach Rialto, San Marco and the Lido with line 1.To reach Marco Polo airport, you can take the bus or a taxi from Piazzale Roma.Also, in a 5-minute walk you can reach the Guglie area, the Ghetto and Fondamenta Cannaregio, where there are many excellent and non-touristy bars and restaurants.Check-ins are possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be requested.The published price includes the fees, which are borne by the guest.

I booked the apartment because the photos looked very nice and we wanted to spend a cozy weekend, but everything turned out differently. The apartment looked really good at first glance, but the bathrooms and especially the mirrors were more than jussee more
I booked the apartment because the photos looked very nice and we wanted to spend a cozy weekend, but everything turned out differently. The apartment looked really good at first glance, but the bathrooms and especially the mirrors were more than just dirty. One bathroom was almost impossible to enter because there was always water in it and the floor was ice cold. The couch in the living room is broken and you couldn't really sit on it. There was about 35 degrees in the Appartement when we arrive - it was so hot and because it was so hot aoutside the climate couldn’t cool the rooms down till Sunday. And last but not least, unfortunately, my parents forgot their money in the apartment - even though I wrote to them straight away via WhatsApp, they apparently couldn't find anything. I was repeatedly told that someone would get in touch, but there was no answer. I always have to ask. That's not customer-friendly at all. I also repeatedly asked whether the wet floor in the bathroom had been checked - I didn't get an answer. For that much money, that's unacceptable.
