Located within a historic palace situated between Campo San Giovanni and Paolo and the Church of Santa Maria dei Miracoli, this charming apartment will enchant you with its atmosphere. You just need to open the windows to admire the passage of the gondolas in the canal below.
Recently renovated, with exposed wooden beams and fine furnishings, the accommodation has a large and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
To give you all the comfort you need during your holiday, the apartment is equipped with wi-fi access, air conditioning, Smart TV, iron and hairdryer.
The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Fondamente Nove vaporetto stop, from which you can easily reach any destination, including the islands of Murano, Burano, the Lido and Marco Polo Airport. St. Mark's Square is a 12-minute walk away and the Rialto Bridge is a 7-minute walk away.
Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required. Pets are not allowed.
