This area is perfect for visiting Venice, as the Rialto Bridge and Market, which are the strategic centre of Venice, can be reached in 1 minute on foot. In 6 minutes you can also reach St. Mark's Square, and in 20 minutes on foot you can reach Piazzale Roma and the Train Station. The Rialto vaporetto stops for the airport or the other lagoon islands are also nearby.
The apartment has Venetian and wooden floors that pleasantly contrast with the modern design of the furniture. To make you feel at home after a long day of exploring the city, you will find all the comforts you need such as wi-fi access, air conditioning, iron, hairdryer, Smart TV, as well as a fully equipped and functional kitchen.
The house has two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, an independent and habitable kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.

Staying in Venice at this time was an experience which not everyone will have. Empty streets and peacefulness in the city.
The apartment is in the most perfect location and gives you access to all of Venice in walking distance.

The apartment is in the most perfect location and gives you access to all of Venice in walking distance. The apartment itself is beautiful decorated with homey boutique style. Everything was spotless clean and worked perfect. Only a tip for elderly person, you have to go up to third floor on some steep steps. We are back one week later for another 3 weeks. |
