It can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a large living room with a sofa bed and a view of the Canale dei Greci, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a guest bathroom. For greater comfort, the accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, autonomous heating and air conditioning system, hairdryer, TV and iron.
Very easy to reach, it is a 5-minute walk from the vaporetto stop that will connect you to Marco Polo Airport and other lagoon islands. When you walk out of the apartment, in addition to encountering countless shops, restaurants and cafes, you can reach St. Mark's Square in 5 minutes, the Biennale Gardens in 10 minutes and the Rialto Bridge in 12 minutes.
Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
