The apartment is located in a strategic position, as it is positioned just a few minutes from Piazzale Roma and the Venice Santa Lucia station and thanks to the proximity to the 'Santa Marta' vaporetto stop, it allows you to reach the Giudecca island and St. Mark's Square.
Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax payment will be required, which is €5 per night per person. Pets are not allowed.
