This delightful apartment with a view and small balcony on the Grand Canal is located on the first floor with a lift in a building opposite the Railway Station.
Excellent for families or groups of friends, this spacious apartment is made up of two separate areas.
The first is a small living room with a double sofa bed, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
Then, through the long corridor, there is a second and large living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette and a double bedroom with a bathroom and shower. Therefore, by closing the internal doors, it is possible to have two autonomous and independent apartments, an excellent solution to have all the privacy you need when travelling in a group! It is also equipped with comforts such as Wi-Fi access, washing machine, air conditioning, autonomous heating, TV, hairdryer, iron.
Located in a strategic position, it is an excellent starting point to explore the city as it is close to many vaporetto stops that will take you to St. Mark's Square, Rialto, the Lido or directly to the airport. It is also excellent for short stays, as it is located 350m from Piazzale Roma (crossing two small bridges on foot) and from the Santa Lucia train station (one bridge only). The Sestiere di Santa Croce area is also one of the most characteristic and residential areas of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. If, on the other hand, you prefer to have dinner in the privacy of your home, you will find a supermarket 400m away.
Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
