It is a large 60 sqm studio apartment on the raised ground floor with an independent entrance from the garden. It consists of a large loft with a living area with a table and chairs and a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The apartment has heating and air conditioning, a sofa bed, a LED TV, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, washing machine, and ironing board. Centrale Mazzoni is a 5-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia train station, 7 minutes from Piazzale Roma, and the nearest vaporetto stop is Ferrovia, from which you can reach Rialto, San Marco and the Lido on line 1. To reach Marco Polo Airport, you can take the bus or a taxi from Piazzale Roma. Furthermore, in a 5-minute walk you can reach the Guglie, Ghetto and Fondamenta Cannaregio areas, where there are numerous high-quality and non-touristy bars and restaurants. Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be requested. The property consists of a living room with kitchen, a little bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. Piazza San Marco is reachable in 20 minutes with a splendid walk along Riva degli Schiavoni that allows you to admire the beauty of the Venetian lagoon and to immerse yourself in the atmosphere recalling the Venice of the past. The apartment has independent heating and air conditioning, you will find ironing board and iron, internet access (wi-fi), hair dryer, anti-mosquito electrical equipment and a TV.
