Newly renovated with taste, Domus Tilibbas is a spacious and modern holiday villa with garden that offers an oasis of tranquility and comfort. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers, this vacation home in Olbia is perfect for families or groups of friends, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. The bright and welcoming interiors include an open-plan living room and kitchen, a large garden with a built-in barbecue, and two internal parking spaces. Each bedroom is a suite with a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy modern comforts such as a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in every room, a covered veranda, free wifi, and a TV. The renowned Pittulongu beach is easily reachable in just 10 minutes by car.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Domus Tilibbas is laid out on one level with a garden view and an internal courtyard. The entrance opens onto an elegant, spacious, and bright living room and kitchen equipped with a dining table, a cooking corner with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and oven. The covered, furnished veranda is ideal for spending evenings with a glass of good wine. The sleeping area has 3 en-suite bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with wardrobes. The fenced garden, with an electric gate, can accommodate two parked cars and features a built-in barbecue. Each room is tastefully furnished and well-finished.
DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
The nearest bus stop is about 200 meters away. The Tilibbas neighborhood, near the historic center, hosts several local trattorias such as Trattoria da Sara (Compai Giuanni) at 220 meters and Gil's Quick at 700 meters. On Viale Aldo Moro, you will find all the main services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and laundry services. Every Saturday morning, the local market attracts tourists with its local specialties and typical products. The area also features the city's largest public green park, with water features, green lawns, a running track, and a cycle path, tennis courts, and a children's playground.

L'alloggio è stupendo, tutto interamente ristrutturato e la comodità di avere in ogni camera un bagno ha reso la permanenza nella struttura un vero e proprio spasso. Sono presenti condizionatori in ogni stanza. La cucina è dotata di ogni confort compresa la lavastoviglie. |

Da migliorare sicuramente la cura del giardino esterno e dell'angolo barbecue, la casta di merce ammucchiata ne ha impedito l'utilizzo.

- La casa es tal cual se describe y se ve en las fotos. - Las estancias son muy amplias, con 3 baños! - Se puede aparcar dentro de la propiedad. - Nos dejaron sombrillas para la playa. - Camas muy cómodas. - El aire acondicionado se puede regular parsee more

Además, a la llegada nuestro vuelo se retrasó y tardaron en darnos en darnos el coche de alquiler y tuvo esperarnos. Aún así no nos cobró el suplemento por llegar después de las 22h. - No hubo ningún problema con la fianza, el día que nos íbamos nos la devolvió íntegramente.

Il problema era che di notte, con la stanza al buio, quando ci si spostava nel letto, le luci del sensore ci svegliavano. - Quando siamo arrivati di notte, avremmo voluto lasciarci alcuni dettagli di benvenuto, ora molto comuni negli appartamenti in affitto. - Come suggerimento potrebbero mettere a disposizione un ferro da stiro e zanzariere.
