INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Villa Bados 6 offers a living area of 120 sqm, with a large covered terrace equipped with a lounge and dining table for eight people. The house has three accesses to the garden, two from the living room and one from the kitchen. The living room is spacious and bright, with a TV area and wooden dining table with benches. A short corridor connects the living room to the newly furnished kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and washing machine. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub; a twin bedroom with two single beds; and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The second bathroom has a shower, WC, and sink. All bedrooms have ample built-in wardrobes. Being about 150 meters from the water, the house benefits from the sea breeze present especially during the hottest hours, making it cool and ventilated throughout the day. The veranda faces east, towards Bados beach and Tavolara island. The garden, with numerous trees and Mediterranean shrubs, surrounds the house and is partially shared with a second unit. The driveway inside the gate has enough space to park up to two cars. Air conditioning in every room.

The villa is located about 9 km from Olbia city, reachable in less than 15 minutes. 3 minutes away are a supermarket, fish market, bakery, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, and tobacconist. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan area with a living room/TV corner and a double sofa bed, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher; a large bathroom with shower/bidet/WC/sink and Velux window; and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a garden view and air conditioning. The living room opens to the outdoor space with a covered veranda, garden furniture, and sun loungers. The 300 sqm garden is shared with a second property in front. On the upper level, a small entrance with a wardrobe and mini-fridge leads to a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and air conditioning; the bedroom has a balcony with outdoor furniture and a garden view. A modern bathroom with shower/bidet/WC/sink is exclusively for the upper floor guests. An external small room in the garden hosts the laundry with a washing machine and a charcoal barbecue.
