The sleeping area is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, a master bedroom and a room with two single beds, with a shared bathroom; on the upper floor, a master suite with a private bathroom and a balcony with a sea view. Each bedroom offers a panoramic view of the garden and has a spacious wardrobe. Uncovered parking spaces complete the villa's amenities.

As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals.If specified, electricity (and sometimes water) costs will be calculated based on actual consumption and must be paid at the end of your stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses.Tourist Tax – Payable only cash upon arrival.Arrival DetailsAfter booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform.
