The villa is located in the village of Segromigno, which is just 10 km from the historical centre of Lucca and just 40 minutes from Florence, The sandy beaches of Versilia and the world famous UNESCO sites of Cinque Terre. MELOGRANO FARMHOUSE is located in the heart of Tuscany on the side of a hill and it is surrounded by wonderful vineyards and offers a truly splendid view of the countryside. The villa is stone built and has been completely refurnished to create a truly elegant and accommodating family villa. Many summers have been spent by the owner’s family within these walls, many fond memories and amazing kid’s adventures have been experienced among the old olive trees and plants in the surrounding well-kept gardens of the house.
