Villa Ida is a modern semi-detached villa renovated in 2023 and divided into two houses, both with 6 sleeping places. The house overlooks a large garden with big trees and a brand new infinity pool with sunbeds and parasols available (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). The house is about 3.5 km from the centre of Garda and the beach, 1.5 km from the centre of Costermano. This area of Lake Garda, away from massive tourism, allows you to discover the area through many cycling routes that start right in the proximity of the house, such as the well-known Valle dei Mulini.
The Giarole unit, located on the ground floor, has a large bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, a bedroom with double bed and a supplementary single beds that can converted into double, a small bathroom with shower, a windowed main bathroom with laundry corner with washing machine, shower box and double washbasin. The spacious kitchen overlooks the side terrace equipped with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining; it has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer, breakfast counter, coffee corner with American-style coffee machine and italian coffee machine with pods. The living area opens onto the covered terrace with lounge area and offers a pleasant view of garden and pool. It is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, satellite TV and a large dining table.
Wifi and air conditioning at guests' disposal. Two parking spaces in the garage available for each flat. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking flat.
We recommend the villa comprising the two houses to large families looking for an elegant solution, who want to enjoy their stay in a very green and private atmosphere.
The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
Compulsory tourist tax to be paid cash at the arrival.
Compulsory refundable security deposit to be paid by credit card on arrival euro 500.00

Een mooie, complete, ingericht vakantiehuis. Getroffen met de buren om het zwembad te delen. Mooi zwembad en constant op een temperatuur van 30 graden. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Vakantiehuis ligt wel aan een drukke doorgaande straat. Eigenaar zeer vrieplus
Een mooie, complete, ingericht vakantiehuis. Getroffen met de buren om het zwembad te delen. Mooi zwembad en constant op een temperatuur van 30 graden. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Vakantiehuis ligt wel aan een drukke doorgaande straat. Eigenaar zeer vriendelijk en is een paar keer komen vragen of alles naar wens is. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Unkomplizierter Check-in, toller Pool, zentrale Lage. Die Straße ist hörbar, wenn man am Pool ist, für uns kein Problem, aber erwähnenswert. Die beiden Wohnungen sind super für z.B. befreundete Familien! Vielen Dank, wir hatten tolle Tage:)

Очень красивая и уютная вила. Отличный бассейн, красивый сад. В доме было все необходимое, чисто и всё новое. Добраться легко до ближайших достопримечательностей на машине, все очень близко, в том числе и магазины и рестораны. Мы провели отлично 8 днplus

Wir hatten vom 12.08. bis 22.08.23 die Villa Ida in Costermano gebucht. Von der Buchung, Ankunft am Büro, Einweisung, Erklärungen war alles perfekt. Regarda.it ist hoch professionell. Die dargestellten Bilder und die Beschreibung unseres Hauses habenplus
Wir hatten vom 12.08. bis 22.08.23 die Villa Ida in Costermano gebucht. Von der Buchung, Ankunft am Büro, Einweisung, Erklärungen war alles perfekt. Regarda.it ist hoch professionell. Die dargestellten Bilder und die Beschreibung unseres Hauses haben zu 100 % zugetroffen. Ein weiteres schönes Erlebnis, ist die Ehrlichkeit des Büros - ich habe eine sehr teure Sonnenbrille beim Check-In im Büro vergessen und diese dann wirklich gesucht. Als wir von einem Ausflug zurück kamen - hing eine kleine Tüte an unserer Haustüre - darin meine Sonnenbrille - ich habe mich so darüber gefreut. Regarda.it - wir werden wieder bei euch buchen. We stayed in Villa Ida as a group of two adults and two children (10 &7) and cannot fault the villa at all! The villa itself has everything that you would need for a family including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms were a great size wiplus
We stayed in Villa Ida as a group of two adults and two children (10 &7) and cannot fault the villa at all! The villa itself has everything that you would need for a family including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms were a great size with plenty of storage and the two bathrooms were immaculate with superb showers in each. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the design and layout of the properties and have done a great job!
The shared pool was a great size for the children with plenty of sun loungers for both villas if occupied. Whilst the villa is attached to another it was extremely quiet and self contained with completely separate entrances and parking areas. The villas would equally work well for a larger group or two families. The closest supermarket was a 3 minute drive away and stocked everything you need for a self catering holiday. The drive into Garda was less than 10 minutes away and Bardolino another 2/3 minutes on from there. Perfect location for exploring the east side of Lake Garda. We would definitely like to return and stay for longer next time! Communication with Valentina at Regarda Travel was so easy and she was always extremely quick to respond. We had a brilliant holiday - thank you so much! |
